* Rally Secretary Paul has resigned from his role. The committee thanked him for all of his hard work and dedication.
* Committee members will be sharing the Rally Secretary duties until a replacement is appointed.
* Marshals will receive the equipment they need for this years rallies in advance.
* New waterproof club stickers have been produced and issued.
* The Stapleford Miniature Railway fundraising weekend was a great success, raising £1,734.07 and we now have another £58 to add to the total for the Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland Air Ambulance.
* Final arrangements were agreed for the Market Bosworth BBQ Rally, including catering, games, raffle and volunteer roles.
* The committee would like to thank everyone who has volunteered to help at upcoming BBQ rally.
* Work continues to recruit a new Rally Secretary, and members interested in the role are encouraged to come forward.
* Dogs to be kept on leads at all times.
* The committee will be helping to ensure this rule is followed and appreciates everyone’s cooperation.
